Employment transition with commitment

The labor market is constantly changing. New jobs are created, and others disappear. With knowledge, commitment, and individual solutions, CIKO creates new opportunities for laid-off employees.

CIKO work with employment transition for employers affiliated with Fremia and their employees. This means that we support employees from several industries, including retail, personal assistants, healthcare, real estate, cleaning, and preschools, to find their place in the labor market.

We cover both blue- and white-collar workers, which gives us a large and broad knowledge of employment transition for basically all occupational groups. In addition to helping people who have been laid off due to lack of work, we also help those who have had a fixed-term employment and those who have been laid off due to ill health.

Our work always start from the jobseeker's individual needs and the jobseeker gets a personal job adviser who follows them all the way to a new job or a vocational education. Our job advisers and study and career counselors have solid experience of coaching and knowledge of the local labor market. The jobseekers' action plans can include for instance digital tools, CV review, coaching, validation of professional knowledge, training, education and support starting your own company.

A well-functioning supply of competence is crucial for the competitiveness of the business community and for the development and security of employees. To make the transition in the labor market effective, there must be conditions for lifelong learning and career change. CIKO contribute by constantly developing our services for jobseekers to find their place in the labor market.

We call it employment transition with commitment.
